In order not to confuse ePost with e mail the following should be understood.

ePost is a private ‘gated’ document delivery network which means every member
will be a verified user. When joining each member will have to show his/her
applicable ID, which will be recorded as verification of the user.

ePost guarantees delivery with each document being date and time stamped when
sent, received, and read.

ePost is a Secure system which significantly reduces the risk of the wrong
persons receiving documents. This is the main reason why banks generally don’t
use email, and in many cases the Central Banks prohibit delivering statements
by email. We believe that many organisations will ultimately choose to utilize
ePost for all written communications with their customers.

BizNotes is offered in a flexible format with three options, Lite, Standard &
Premium, depending on the anticipated document volume and features
required.Each option is available through a nominal annual subscription.
