ePost
Targetted initially at Banks and Utility Providers eg water, electricity, phone companies

ePost versus eMail
In order not to confuse ePost with e mail the following should be understood.
  • ePost is a private ‘gated’ document delivery network which means every member will be a verified user. When joining each member will have to show his/her applicable ID, which will be recorded as verification of the user.
  • ePost guarantees delivery with each document being date and time stamped when sent, received, and read.
  • ePost is a Secure system which significantly reduces the risk of the wrong persons receiving documents. This is the main reason why banks generally don’t use email, and in many cases the Central Banks prohibit delivering statements by email. We believe that many organisations will ultimately choose to utilize ePost for all written communications with their customers.
  • All customers will be connected immediately, not just those who accept emails ultimately increasing the efficiency and savings potential.
  • All undelivered documents are flagged ensuring addresses/PO Box can be checked.
  • Users will be able to run reports on bills/statements etc. whereas with PDF’s attached to e mails there would be a requirement to re-key the data.
  • SPAM or Phishing are not possible within the ePost service where both are endemic with e mail.
BizNotes
BizNotes is offered in a flexible format with three options, Lite, Standard & Premium, depending on the anticipated document volume and features required.Each option is available through a nominal annual subscription.
Premium will have as features,
  • Track and Trace B2B and B2C communication documents formatted with Corporate logos and designs.
  • Documents with response options attached eg a PO acceptance or an Invoice payment date confirmation.
  • Surveys, with functionality to evaluate and analyze responses to questions.
  • Home Page with products and services showcased and categorized on UNSPSC.
  • Functionality to build specific mailing lists for promotions etc.
  • eProcument functionality with expediting of purchase orders.
  • Financial analysis of cash inflow and outflow based on invoice due dates.
  • ‘Ping a link’ - a people connector based on address book entries to enable network building.
